{"id":1967,"date":"2024-05-27T15:55:47","date_gmt":"2024-05-27T15:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/commtechasia.com\/?post_type=job&#038;p=1967"},"modified":"2025-05-02T08:33:19","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T08:33:19","slug":"mechanical-commissioning-manager-5","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/commtechasia.com\/ja\/job\/mechanical-commissioning-manager-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Commissioning Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Commissioning Manager<\/strong> in Malaysia, who should have 10 years of relevant experience in the testing and commissioning (T&amp;C) process and will oversee the entire T&amp;C process to ensure works and results are in line with customers\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Perform tasks as directed by the Project Leader<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Manage compilation of technical reports and submission of status report, including progress update<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Commissioning appraisal of designs, shop drawings, specifications, and documents<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Handle reviews and discussions with contractors&#8217; response method statements<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Plan and schedule work in a systematic and efficient manner<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning-related concerns<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Review and comment (as necessary) on contractor&#8217;s completed commissioning records<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Present audit results to site management highlighting decision-making processes and conclusions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Witness contractor&#8217;s testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ensure works are carried out aligned with the company procedures or industry codes<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Provide technical assistance and coaching to team member Requirements<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Immediately available is preferable<\/li>\r\n<li>With 10 years of relevant experience in the testing and commissioning process which 3 years should be at the managerial level<\/li>\r\n<li>Diploma or above in Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Building Services Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\r\n<li>Good understanding of the testing and commissioning process, installation, testing and commissioning, and project management of M&amp;E field<\/li>\r\n<li>Strong people and project management, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\r\n<li>Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project<\/li>\r\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese<\/li>\r\n<li>Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Commissioning Manager<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/><br \/>We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
