This role will work closely with the commissioning team and project stakeholders to ensure testing, commissioning, and project activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in large-scale, technically challenging projects and build a rewarding career in the commissioning industry.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<p>(Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Commissioning Manager.)<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Support the planning and delivery of testing and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\r\n<li>Participate in testing activities, from Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) through to Integrated Systems Testing (IST).<\/li>\r\n<li>Assist in monitoring site progress and coordinating activities with project teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\r\n<li>Review technical documentation, test procedures, and commissioning records.<\/li>\r\n<li>Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.<\/li>\r\n<li>Prepare project reports, documentation, and commissioning deliverables.<\/li>\r\n<li>Support managers in maintaining project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} -->\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements &amp; Skills<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Knowledge\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul><!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.<\/li>\r\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).<\/li>\r\n<li>Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is an advantage.<\/li>\r\n<li>Basic understanding of MEP systems, building services coordination, and testing &amp; commissioning processes.<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><strong><br \/>Experience<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>2-5 years of relevant experience in MEP systems, building services, testing &amp; commissioning, project engineering, or related disciplines.<\/li>\r\n<li>Experience working in data centres, mission-critical facilities, commercial buildings, or large-scale construction projects is an advantage.<\/li>\r\n<li>Exposure to project coordination, testing &amp; commissioning activities, and stakeholder management is preferred.<\/li>\r\n<li>Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Commissioning Manager.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Competencies\u00a0<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\r\n<li>Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.<\/li>\r\n<li>Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.<\/li>\r\n<li>Commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery excellence.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Self-motivated and proactive.<\/li>\r\n<li>Reliable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.<\/li>\r\n<li>Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop.<\/li>\r\n<li>Positive team player with a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\r\n<li>Willing to travel to project sites as required.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/><br \/>We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
