Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Act as the <strong>Lead Commissioning Engineer<\/strong> representing CTA on assigned projects<\/li>\r\n<li>Lead and manage commissioning activities from <strong>design stage through to testing and handover<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure delivery aligns with <strong>CTA standards, client expectations, and project milestones<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Support progression of projects ensuring timelines, procedures, and deliverables are met<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li><strong> Technical Oversight &amp; Design Review<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Conduct commissioning appraisal of:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Design drawings and specifications<\/li>\r\n<li>Shop drawings and technical submissions<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Review contractor <strong>method statements and testing procedures<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Identify <strong>technical risks, design gaps, and coordination issues<\/strong> early<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide technical advice and solutions to project teams<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li><strong> Commissioning Execution (Cx \/ IST \/ CTA)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Lead and support commissioning activities including <strong>Cx0\u2013Cx5<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Review and contribute to <strong>Cx4\/Cx5 scripts and test procedures<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Participate in and support <strong>Integrated Systems Testing (IST \/ CTA)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Witness testing and verify system performance against design intent<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure commissioning documentation is complete and compliant<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li><strong> Site Management &amp; Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Plan and coordinate commissioning schedules and activities<\/li>\r\n<li>Undertake <strong>regular site inspections<\/strong> to ensure system readiness<\/li>\r\n<li>Identify issues proactively and drive timely resolution<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>company procedures, standards, and industry codes<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li><strong> Team Leadership &amp; Development<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Lead and manage a team of Commissioning Managers and Engineers<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide <strong>guidance, mentoring, and onsite training<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Support development of team capability and technical standards<\/li>\r\n<li>Allocate resources effectively across project requirements<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"6\">\r\n<li><strong> Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Interface with <strong>clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Lead technical discussions and resolve commissioning-related issues<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"7\">\r\n<li><strong> Reporting &amp; Commercial Awareness<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Prepare and manage:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Technical reports<\/li>\r\n<li>Commissioning documentation<\/li>\r\n<li>Progress updates<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Monitor project performance including <strong>programme, resources, and costs<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Review project staff timesheets and expenses to maintain budget control<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Degree or diploma in <strong>Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Minimum <strong>10 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in MEP \/ commissioning roles<\/li>\r\n<li>At least <strong>5 years in a leadership or managerial position<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Strong understanding of:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Testing &amp; commissioning processes<\/li>\r\n<li>Building services and MEP systems<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Experience in <strong>data center or mission-critical projects<\/strong> preferred<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Cx4 \/ Cx5 commissioning<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Integrated Systems Testing (IST \/ CTA)<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL SKILLS\u00a0<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Experience reviewing:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Design and shop drawings<\/li>\r\n<li>Method statements and technical documentation<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Familiarity with industry tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<br \/>BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills<\/li>\r\n<li>Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated<\/li>\r\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability<\/li>\r\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
