The project will be one of the first liquid cooled deployed data centers in Thailand, so a degree of up skilling will be required. The data center is part of an existing campus. The systems include (but not limited to):<br \/><br \/>1. HVAC (chillers, cooling towers, fan walls, CRAC units, pumps, pipe works, ducting, air&amp; waterside balancing, heat exchanger, controls etc.<br \/>2. Plumbing &amp; Sanitary Systems<br \/>3. Fire protection systems<br \/><br \/><b>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Oversee installation works and quality control of contractor &amp; vendors\u2019 works<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0Review technical information, shop drawings, as-builts, O&amp;M\u2019s, commissioning reports etc.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0Carry out site inspections of contractor and vendor installations and implement monitoring protocols.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0Support any design modifications during construction.<\/li>\r\n<li>Management of issues and observations<\/li>\r\n<li>Proactive approach to schedule &amp; quality<\/li>\r\n<li>Safety awareness and drive client safety standards always.<\/li>\r\n<li>Support operations (where necessary) for integration<\/li>\r\n<li>Support the team as required and demonstrate a one team mentality.<\/li>\r\n<li>Undertake testing &amp; commissioning activities to integrated systems tests.<\/li>\r\n<li>Actively participate in meetings and assist driving any adhoc meetings to ensure delivery on time.<\/li>\r\n<li>Handle project administration and documentation<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>With 2-5 years\u2019 relevant experience in Mechanical \/ Eelecrical systems and Building Services coordination with multi-national corporate exposure<\/li>\r\n<li>Reliable and proactive working attitude<\/li>\r\n<li>Self-motivated with a good team player<\/li>\r\n<li>Degree or above in Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Building Services Engineering or other similar qualifications<\/li>\r\n<li>Good communication \/ interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle all stakeholders<\/li>\r\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English and Thai<\/li>\r\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of MS Office and MS Project<\/li>\r\n<li>Familiar with NETA, EIT, IET, NETA, NFPA, LEED, local and international standards.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong><br \/>WHY JOIN US\u00a0<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects<\/li>\r\n<li>Be part of a collaborative and high-performing regional team<\/li>\r\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
