This role will lead commissioning activities from early design through to <strong>Integrated Systems Testing (IST \/ CTA)<\/strong> and final handover, ensuring systems meet performance, reliability, and hyperscale standards.<br \/><br \/>This is a <strong>senior leadership role<\/strong> with responsibility across multiple buildings and stakeholders.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><b>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/><br \/><\/b><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Mechanical Systems Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Lead delivery and commissioning of HVAC and cooling systems across a multi-building data center campus<\/li>\r\n<li>Oversee systems including <strong>chilled water (CHW), CRAH\/CRAC, CDUs, cooling towers, and associated controls<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure systems meet Tier standards for redundancy, resilience, and performance<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Commissioning &amp; Testing (Cx \/ CTA)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Own commissioning lifecycle from <strong>Cx0\u2013Cx5 and IST\/CTA execution<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Lead development and execution of <strong>Cx4\/Cx5 scripts<\/strong>, including failure testing (SPOF)<\/li>\r\n<li>Oversee key activities such as :<br \/>&#8211; CHW flushing<br \/>&#8211; TAB (Testing, Adjusting, Balancing)<br \/>&#8211; Water flow and performance verification<\/li>\r\n<li>Review test results across buildings and ensure consistency and quality\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Design &amp; Technical Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Conduct <strong>design reviews and appraisals (SOO alignment)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements<\/li>\r\n<li>Identify and resolve design gaps, risks, and constructability issues early<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Campus Leadership &amp; Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Act as the <strong>main escalation point for mechanical commissioning issues<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Lead coordination across contractors, consultants, and internal teams<\/li>\r\n<li>Drive <strong>standardisation, lessons learned, and best practices across buildings<br \/><\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Risk &amp; Delivery Management\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Identify and manage risks related to commissioning and system performance<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure alignment between construction, energisation, and commissioning milestones<\/li>\r\n<li>Support critical activities including <strong>power-on and system readiness<br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong><br \/>JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Degree or diploma in <strong>Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>\u2022 10+ years\u2019 experience in MEP \/ data center projects<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2022 Strong background in mechanical commissioning (L1\u2013L5)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2022 Proven experience with:<br \/>&#8211; HVAC and cooling systems in mission-critical environments<br \/>&#8211;<strong> IST \/ CTA or integrated testing<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0Experience managing multiple stakeholders and contractors<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>PREFERRED<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Data center experience (hyperscale or Tier III\/IV preferred)<\/li>\r\n<li>Experience with international standard<\/li>\r\n<li>Exposure to design review or consultancy roles \/ clients<\/li>\r\n<li>Certifications (CxA, PMP, etc.)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>\u00a0<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>WHY JOIN<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Work on<strong> large-scale data center campuses<\/strong> in Indonesia<\/li>\r\n<li>High-impact leadership role with strong visibility<\/li>\r\n<li>Opportunity to work with international standards and stakeholders<\/li>\r\n<li>Open to <strong>both local Indonesian candidates and expatriates currently based in Asia<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
