{"id":882,"date":"2024-05-21T09:06:40","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T09:06:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/commtechasia.com\/?post_type=job&#038;p=882"},"modified":"2025-05-02T08:32:26","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T08:32:26","slug":"assistant-commissioning-manager-jp","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/commtechasia.com\/ja\/job\/assistant-commissioning-manager-jp\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Commissioning Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Perform tasks as directed by the Project Leader or Commissioning Manger\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Assist to Manage compilation of commissioning process including technical reports and submission of status report, and progress update\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide technical support for delivery of service in accordance with CTA \/ Client expectations\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Commissioning appraisal of design \/ shop drawing, specification, and documents\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Liaise with other parties to achieve a smooth and consistent process meeting the desired outcomes<\/li>\r\n<li>Reviews \/ discussion with contractors \/ manufacturers response method statements\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Be in attendance of all essential systems and sub-systems commissioning activities<\/li>\r\n<li>Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning related concerns\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Witness contractor&#8217;s testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Support to maintain and update all schedules and tracking documents on a monthly basis\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>At least 5 years&#8217; relevant experience in testing and commissioning process\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to people and project management, communication, and interpersonal skills\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Diploma or above in Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Building Services Engineering or equivalent\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Good understanding of the testing and commissioning process,\u202finstallation, testing and commissioning and project management of E&amp;M\u202ffield\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese\u00a0<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul><\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
