A round of applause is in order for the COE team, which has been honored with the Good Employee Recognition Campaign award by the Hong Kong Labour Department.<\/p>\n

Since its inception in 2020, the Center of Excellence has focused on fostering a positive hashtag#learning atmosphere and enhancing the skills of our colleagues through continuous hashtag#training.<\/p>\n

Over the years, we have conducted numerous training sessions and have successfully rolled out The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) Scheme – a training program for graduates in Building Services and Electrical Engineering. This initiative has nurtured several Scheme A Engineers who are dedicated to their profession and are actively working towards achieving Chartered Engineer status.<\/p>\n

We have also given strong support to our colleagues to attain their Building Commissioning Professional Certification (hashtag#BCxP) by ASHRAE, through carefully curated online resources and organizing experience sharing by colleagues who were successfully certified. This program recognizes the ability to hashtag#lead, hashtag#plan, hashtag#coordinate, and manage a hashtag#commissioning team in executing commissioning processes for both new and existing buildings. To date, 11 colleagues have earned this certification, reflecting our team’s expertise and serving as a quality assurance for our esteemed clients.<\/p>\n
