\nIt\u2019s not something that comes easy \u2014 it comes from the right foundation, structured training, years of hands-on project experience, and passing a rigorous professional assessment. A solid reflection of both capability and commitment.<\/p>\n

1.How did your career journey lead to achieving MHKIE (Corporate Member)?<\/strong>
\nThroughout my career, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Hong Kong \u2014 spanning mission-critical facilities , commercial developments, infrastructure, and, manufacturig
\nThese experiences have shaped my technical expertise, strengthened my project delivery, and sharpened my professional judgement. Achieving Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and MHKIE corporate membership is a significant milestone \u2014 bringing together this global experience and aligning it with the professional standards of the Hong Kong engineering community.<\/p>\n

2.What are your reflections on reaching this milestone?<\/strong>
\nAchieving MHKIE is a great honour. It recognizes the journey so far, but also reinforces my commitment to continuous development and professional standards.
\nI\u2019m grateful to the mentors, colleagues, and project teams who have supported and challenged me along the way. Joining Commtech Asia has been an important chapter in this journey, providing an environment that continues to push me to grow at a high professional level.<\/p>\n

3.Your vision for the future of engineering in the built environment?<\/strong>
\nI want to play an active role in advancing engineering excellence across the built environment. With growing global demand for data and infrastructure, the focus must be on delivering resilient, efficient, and high-performing projects across APAC. I also see it as important to advocate for strong professional practices and support the next generation of engineers coming into the industry.<\/p>\n


\n4.Why is commissioning critical for data centres and mission-critical facilities?<\/strong>
\nThe company provides systematic and comprehensive training resources, including regular technical seminars, international standards interpretation, and project management courses. I also have the opportunity to work on projects with diverse clients, exposing me to their advanced technical concepts and management practices. In practice, the company encourages technical staff to participate in the entire project process\u2014from early planning to later optimization. This \u201cfull participation\u201d model has greatly enhanced my overall capabilities<\/p>\n


\n5.What\u2019s next for you at Commtech Asia?<\/strong>
\nAs a Commissioning Manager, my focus is on applying my experience to raise the standard of project delivery. I\u2019m excited to continue working in the mission-critical sector, where precision, reliability, and performance are essential.<\/p>\n
