The goal is to not only enhance the company&#8217;s existing facilities in Europe and the United States but also to cater to the expanding markets in the Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new facility boasts a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of around 210,000 square feet, complete with private parking available at Level 1. Additionally, there is an MEP planting room and a garden situated on the rooftop, adding a touch of greenery to the industrial setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cleanroom within the building spans a 34,000 square feet and has successfully obtained certification for ISO Class 7 clean rooms.
