Mechanical and Electrical / Building Services
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist Manager in ensuring successful implementation of project
- Undertake testing & commissioning activities to integrated systems tests & handover
- Assist Manager to monitor the on-site progress and quality of work
- Attend site meetings and address if any technical queries from client
- Handle project administration and documentation works
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services Industrial or equivalent experience
- With relevant experience in mechanical systems / technical and BS coordination to execution and site supervision with multinational corporate exposure
- Reliable and able to work within tight deadlines
- Proactive working attitude and self-motivated as well as a good team player
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with all work parties
- Computer literacy is essential
