Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as directed by the Project Leader
- Manage compilation of commissioning process including technical reports and submission of status report, and progress update
- Provide strategic and tactical building services commissioning management.
- Technically responsible for delivery of service in accordance with CTA / Client expectations
- Manage commissioning appraisal of design / shop drawing, specification, and documents
- Handles reviews / discussion with contractors / manufacturers response method statements
- Liaise with other parties to achieve a smooth and consistent process meeting the desired outcomes.
- Be in attendance of all essential systems and sub-systems commissioning activities.
- Plan and schedule work in a systematic and efficient manner
- Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning-related concerns
- Ensure works are carried out aligned with the Company procedures/industry codes
- Witness contractor’s testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance
Job Requirements - At least 8 years’ relevant experience in testing and commissioning process which 3 years should be at managerial level
- Strong people and project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of the testing and commissioning process, installation, testing and commissioning and project management of E&M field
- Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
