At CTA, we believe in honouring the dedication and impact of our colleagues who have been part of our journey for a decade or more. Today, we are proud to continue this celebration by highlighting Melodie’s 10-year journey with us.

Joining as the very first Business Development staff in Southeast Asia, Melodie Baltazar worked closely with our then Regional Director, at a time when CTA had a presence in just seven locations. Over the years, Melodie has played a pivotal role in expanding our footprint to thirteen locations, building strong partnerships, and representing CTA across the region.

Reflecting on this journey, Melodie shared: β€œRepresenting CTA and connecting with clients across Southeast Asia and beyondβ€”whether online or face-to-faceβ€”has truly been an honour. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited to contribute to CTA’s next chapter of success.”

We are grateful for Melodie’s dedication and impact, and we look forward to continuing this journey together as we grow and innovate.
