For a decade, Jeffrey has been at the heart of our MEP commissioning work in China, tackling each project like a complex puzzle that demands creativity, expertise, and innovation. From leading landmark projects such as data centers and commercial plazas to witnessing the company’s growth into a localized yet globally aligned service provider, his journey reflects professionalism, teamwork, and a passion for pushing boundaries.

What has kept you passionate about your work for 10 years?
In this job, I have always been attracted by the challenges and creativity of the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) commissioning industry. Each project feels like a unique “puzzle” that requires a combination of technology, experience, and innovative thinking to solve. The company has long been deeply involved in the industry, handling a wide variety of complex projects—from high-end commercial buildings to large industrial facilities. This diversity allows me to continuously learn and push my own boundaries. At the same time, the professionalism of the team and the trust of our clients make me feel the value and sense of accomplishment in my work.

What achievement are you most proud of in this job?
I am most proud of participating in and leading several large-scale, comprehensive MEP commissioning projects, such as the commissioning of a major telecom giant’s data center and the full-system commissioning of a Grade A commercial project . These projects were not only technically challenging, but also required extremely high standards of system safety. Through the team’s efforts, we successfully helped clients achieve stable system operation and earned long-term recognition from the owners. These experiences made me deeply realize that professional services can directly create long-term value for clients.
What changes have you seen in the company over the past 10 years?
Over the past decade, the company has significantly strengthened its ability to combine localization with international operations. In the early days, we prioritized more on the technical and management systems of the Hong Kong headquarters. Today, the mainland branch has established a commissioning service system that both meets international standards and adapts to local market needs. The team has grown in size and specialization, enabling us to handle multiple large, complex projects simultaneously.

What resources or opportunities has the company provided to help you grow?
The company provides systematic and comprehensive training resources, including regular technical seminars, international standards interpretation, and project management courses. I also have the opportunity to work on projects with diverse clients, exposing me to their advanced technical concepts and management practices. In practice, the company encourages technical staff to participate in the entire project process—from early planning to later optimization. This “full participation” model has greatly enhanced my overall capabilities
What makes the company unique and why are you willing to stay long-term?
The company’s core competitiveness lies in its rigorous professional culture and people-oriented development philosophy. As a Hong Kong based enterprise, it inherits an international perspective and high-quality standards while deeply understanding the characteristics of the mainland market. Management emphasizes technical inheritance and teamwork rather than simply pursuing scale expansion. Here, I feel the dignity and value of being a technical professional, along with a clear career growth.

How would you describe the company’s work atmosphere?
The company’s work atmosphere is professional, pragmatic, and full of collaboration. The team is accustomed to openly discussing technical issues, and cross-department cooperation is smooth. Since commissioning work often faces unexpected on-site situations, everyone has developed habits of quick response and mutual support. Management values listening to frontline voices, and decision-making is transparent. Although the pace of work can sometimes be intense, colleagues maintain friendly relationships, with humor and mutual help, creating a positive and healthy overall environment.
How do you see the company’s development in the next 5 to 10 years?
I believe the company will focus more on green, low-carbon, intelligent, and digital services. With the advancement of the “dual carbon” goals, market demand for energy efficiency and smart operation of MEP systems will continue to grow. The company can further integrate commissioning, energy auditing, and smart operation services to form full life-cycle solutions.
