We are looking for an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager with an Electrical background to lead electrical systems delivery and commissioning across a hyperscale data center campus. The role will be responsible for ensuring all electrical infrastructure is fully tested, validated, and ready for operation through structured commissioning and CTA/IST.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electrical Systems Leadership
- Lead delivery and commissioning of HV, MV, and LV systems across multiple buildings
- Oversee critical systems including:
– UPS
– Generators
– Switchgear
– ECMS

Commissioning & CTA /IST
- Own commissioning lifecycle from Cx0–Cx5 through to IST/CTA
- Develop and review:
– Test Script
– Energisation procedures
– Failure testing scenarios - Lead power turn-on and system integration testing

Design & Technical Governance
- Support design reviews and technical assessments
- Participate in
– Discrimination studies
– Arc flash coordination
– System integration reviews - Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution

Campus Leadership
- Act as point of escalation for electrical commissioning issues
- Coordinate across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Drive standardisation across buildings and teams

Risk & Delivery Management
- Identify risks related to system energisation and commissioning
- Ensure commissioning aligns with project schedule and milestones
- Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis during testing
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in electrical systems delivery
- Experience in:
– Data centers or mission-critical environments
– IST/ integrated testing - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and contractors
PREFERRED
- Experience with hyperscale data centers
- Familiarity with Tier standards
- Certifications (PMP, CxA, etc.)
