We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 50MW data centre project (with future capacity expansion) in Bangkok. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project execution during the critical fitting-out / white space stage, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre projects
- Oversee project execution across MEP disciplines, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timeline
- Manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Drive programme, cost, risk, and quality management across all phases
- Provide technical leadership in testing & commissioning and project delivery strategy
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, governance, and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams on-site
- Support commercial and operational decision-making to ensure successful project outcomes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years’ experience in project management within MEP / mission-critical environments
- Proven track record delivering data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong exposure to testing & commissioning lifecycle and MEP systems
- Experience working on new build projects, ideally at fit-out stage
- Experience across Asia Pacific is advantageous
EDUCATION
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) or equivalent
