We are looking for Senior Project Manager to responsible for executing the project delivery of service.
The role will also entail working alongside a commissioning team(s) at site and shall be responsible in the managing the project progression supporting the delivery teams and working closely with our Clients, in ensuring the expectations, works, procedures and deadlines are met.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsible for the preparation of project proposals including financial, logistics and technical aspects
- Be involved with client meetings and whenever issues develop on a project to ensure a correct approach and deliver the best outcome for the business.
- Be familiar with, all Government related department (i.e. Construction Bureaux, Quality Bureaux) requirements for Consultancy / Project Management, ensuring services are delivered in complete compliance and governance
- Planning, development and implementation strategy for operational management and business growth to meet agreed plans and budgets for all relevant areas of the business, including quality management, health & safety, legal stipulation, administration, financial and people management.
- Provide technical advice in testing and commissioning aspects, assistance and coaching to delivery team members
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- With 12 years’ relevant experience in testing and commissioning experience which 8 years should be at managerial level
- Experience in good understanding of the testing and commissioning process; system design, installation, testing and commissioning and project management in MEP aspects
- Less experience will be considered as a Project Manager.
