Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as directed by the Project Leader or Commissioning Manger
- Assist to Manage compilation of commissioning process including technical reports and submission of status report, and progress update
- Provide technical support for delivery of service in accordance with CTA / Client expectations
- Commissioning appraisal of design / shop drawing, specification, and documents
- Liaise with other parties to achieve a smooth and consistent process meeting the desired outcomes
- Reviews / discussion with contractors / manufacturers response method statements
- Be in attendance of all essential systems and sub-systems commissioning activities
- Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning related concerns
- Witness contractor’s testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance
- Support to maintain and update all schedules and tracking documents on a monthly basis
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in testing and commissioning process
- Ability to people and project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of the testing and commissioning process, installation, testing and commissioning and project management of E&M field
- Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
