Commtech Asia is seeking experienced and driven professionals to join our Thailand team as Senior Commissioning Managers and Commissioning Managers. These roles are critical to the successful delivery of high-profile data center, mixed-use, and industrial projects across the region.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage commissioning activities for strategic client projects
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures
- Review contractor reports and ensure compliance with technical standards
- Conduct site inspections and witness testing and performance verification
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with company and client policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Strong understanding of E&M systems and commissioning processes
- Excellent communication, project management and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; Thai language skills are advantageous
- Prior experience in data center projects is highly desirable
