Taiwan team has successfully finalized a LEED-certified project in Bianqiao district, New Taipei city. Spanning nearly 57,000 square meters, the premise features a range of state-of-the-art amenities, including a R&D laboratory, a presentation area capable of accommodating 200 individuals, a dedicated gymnasium, and various other spaces designed to foster innovation and collaboration.
Acting as the LEED Commissioning Management Consultant , the team dedicated a full year to this project and played a crucial role in guiding the project to its successful completion which covered both fundamental and enhanced levels of LEED Commissioning, ultimately enabling the client to achieve the LEED Platinum certification.
The successful certification not only underscores the project’s sustainability credentials but also positions it as a benchmark for future developments in the region. Congratulations team!
