October marks the month dedicated to raising awareness and support for mental health, and the Commtech Asia Team (formerly Sygna) Japan team recently participated in the Tokyo Tower Climb challenge. The challenge involved conquering 600 steps to reach the top of the tower, with participants aiming to complete the climb in under 6 minutes on average. This initiative was a testament to the team’s commitment to mental health advocacy and promoting a positive workplace environment.

Nicholas Petts of Japan, emphasized the importance of prioritizing mental health and its impact on overall well-being. He highlighted the belief that a healthy mind is essential for fostering a productive and supportive work environment. The event was organized in collaboration with TELL Japan, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing mental health services since 1973. Through such initiatives, the team aimed to raise awareness about mental health and contribute to the greater community’s well-being.
