Commtech Asia Hong Kong is proud to have successfully delivered a Retro-Commissioning (RCx) project for the Hong Kong Red Cross Transfusion Service Headquarter, appointed by the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department (EMSD). This project focused on reviewing and optimizing the performance of the chiller plant and chilled water distribution system of the facility

Through our comprehensive review, we conducted detailed on-site assessments, performance evaluations, and close collaboration with the Facilities Team to enhance overall plant efficiency and operational reliability.

Retro-commissioning is a proven process that helps organizations: Optimize energy efficiency, Enhance system reliability, Unlock operational cost savings, Strengthen sustainability performance, etc. This milestone project demonstrates Commtech Asia’s expertise in delivering Retro-Commissioning Services that improve performance, sustainability, and long-term resilience for critical facilities.
