This project is a commercial facility project, including core MEP infrastructure for data center and trading room operations. We led the commissioning phases, Level 4 and Level 5, and coordinated with the construction company, equipment suppliers, and commissioning agents. We also successfully completed testing, verification, and witnessing of the entire power, cooling, and control infrastructure.
Ikea, Gwangmyeong in Seoul
This project, IKEA’s first large-scale store in Gwangmyeong, featured a complex and diverse range of MEP engineering systems, including absorption chillers, geothermal heat pumps, thermal storage and heat recovery systems. We have successfully completed the commissioning of this project.
A Major office tower in Seoul’s CBD
Located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea, this premium multi-tenant commercial building boasts 38 floors and over 120,000 square meters of office space. We were responsible for commissioning the building for this project.
